Shipping policy
We ship everywhere in the UK, free, tracked.
- Processing: 1 to 3 working days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive 7 to 14 days after you order, dispatch included. Some items dispatch from UK stock and arrive sooner; the product page tells you if so.
- You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Why not next-day? Most of our products ship from our supplier's warehouse in China, which keeps prices fair. The Calm Bed Oval ships from UK stock and usually arrives 3 to 5 working days after you order. Either way you see an honest delivery window before you buy, not a pretend one. If speed matters more than price today, we would genuinely rather you buy from a high-street shop than be disappointed.
If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, email hello@denkind.com and we will resend or refund, your choice.
