How long will delivery take?

Free tracked UK delivery on every order. Order today and it usually arrives 7 to 14 days later: 1 to 3 working days to dispatch, then the journey to you from our supplier in China. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Will it actually calm my dog?

The raised rim and soft surface provide a cosy resting spot. This is a comfort item, not a treatment for anxiety. Every pet responds differently.

Can I wash it?

Follow the care label supplied with your bed. Clean spills promptly and let the bed dry fully before use. Check the label for the correct washing method and temperature.

What if my pet ignores a new bed?

Give it a few days in a quiet spot where they already like to rest, and let them approach it at their own pace.

If they still won't use it within 30 days of delivery, or it arrived too flat or not as pictured, email hello@denkind.com with your order number and we refund what you paid for the bed. No need to send it back: keep it, or pass it on to a local rescue. How the Calm Bed promise works.
