How long will delivery take?
Free tracked UK delivery on every order. Your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner within 1 to 3 working days and typically arrives 8 to 15 working days after that. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
If it has not arrived 20 working days after dispatch, email hello@denkind.com and we resend or refund, your choice.
Which size bed do I need?
S: 50 cm · M: 60 cm · L: 70 cm. These are outside diameters. The raised rim makes the sleeping area smaller. Measure your pet in their usual sleeping position and allow room to turn and stretch. Between sizes? Choose the larger bed. Contact us if you need help checking the fit.
Will it actually calm my dog?
The raised rim and soft surface provide a cosy resting spot. This is a comfort item, not a treatment for anxiety. Every pet responds differently.
Can I wash it?
Follow the care label supplied with your bed. Clean spills promptly and let the bed dry fully before use. Check the label for the correct washing method and temperature.
What if my pet ignores a new bed?
Try placing it in a quiet spot where they already choose to rest and let them approach it at their own pace. Every pet is different, so we cannot promise they will use it.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by you. For faulty, damaged or not-as-described items, we cover return postage. Read the full return policy.
