What a den actually does
Dogs and cats are den animals. Given the choice they sleep with their back against something solid and their nose tucked in. A flat mat gives them none of that. A rim on every side gives them all of it.
Warm where it counts
Long-pile faux fur holds body heat inside the nest rather than letting it go into the room. Cats tend to find it before you have finished unpacking it.
Made to be washed
Machine wash at 30 on a gentle cycle and air dry. The pile lifts back with a shake and a brush, so the bed stays theirs instead of becoming a thing you throw away.

How long will delivery take?

Which size bed do I need?
Measure your pet curled up, nose to tail, and add roughly 10cm. If they sprawl rather than curl, take the next size up. The sizes are the outside diameter: 50cm for cats and small dogs, 60cm for most cats and small to medium dogs, 70cm for medium dogs up to about a cocker spaniel.
Will it actually calm my dog?
It is a comfort item, not a treatment, and we will not pretend otherwise. What the raised rim does is give a pet a wall to press against and a chin rest, which is what most of them circle around looking for. Plenty of dogs settle faster in a donut than on a flat mat. A pet in persistent distress should see a vet.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Machine wash at 30 on a gentle cycle and air dry it. No tumble drier. Shake the bed out and brush the pile and it lifts back up.
What if my pet just ignores it?
You have 30 days to send it back unused and in its packaging, for any reason at all. If it turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay the return postage and you choose a refund or a replacement.
