Every review on DenKind comes from someone who bought from us. This is how we collect and show them.
- We ask every customer for a review after their order arrives, whether or not we think they are happy.
- We publish every genuine review of our products, good or bad. We do not edit, hide or delay negative reviews.
- We never pay for reviews, write them ourselves, or copy reviews from other shops or suppliers.
- If we ever offer something for leaving a review, it will be open to every rating, and we will label the reviews it applied to.
- Reviews are collected through Judge.me and the Shop app and are marked as verified when they come from an order.
- We remove a review only if it is spam, offensive, or shares someone's personal details. We answer complaints in public and put them right in private.
