Refund policy

The legal bit, honoured in full: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have 14 days to send it back.

Our actual policy is a bit kinder:

• 30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging, for any reason.
• Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items: full refund or free replacement, and you do not pay return postage. Photos help us fix it fastest.
• Change of mind: you cover return postage to our UK returns address (provided by email).
• Refunds land within 14 days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method.
• Used beds and used lick mats cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, so please decide within the try-it window with packaging kept.
