Refund policy
The legal bit, honoured in full: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have 14 days to send it back.
The Calm Bed settle-in promise
If your pet won't use the Calm Bed within 30 days of delivery, email hello@denkind.com with your order number and we will refund what you paid for the bed to your original payment method within 14 days. There is no need to send it back: keep it, or pass it on to a local rescue. One claim per order.
Everything else
Our actual policy is a bit kinder:
- 30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging, for any reason.
- Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items: full refund or free replacement, and you do not pay return postage. Photos help us fix it fastest.
- Change of mind: you cover return postage to our UK returns address (provided by email).
- Refunds land within 14 days of us receiving the return, or of you sending us proof that you posted it, whichever is sooner, to your original payment method.
- Used lick mats cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, so please decide within the 30 days with packaging kept. Used beds are covered by the settle-in promise above.
