Getting started
Charge according to the supplied instructions, then introduce it in an open indoor area. Give your cat space to approach it in their own time. Performance varies with the floor surface.
Is it for dogs?
This is a cat toy. It is not designed for dogs or for chewing. Supervise play, check the toy and attachments before use, and put it away if anything becomes loose or damaged.
Charging and care
Follow the supplied charging instructions. Battery runtime depends on use; we do not promise a fixed number of hours. Keep the toy dry and store it away from pets while charging.
Size guide
S 50cm: cats, kittens, toy breeds up to about 5kg.
M 60cm: small dogs and larger cats, up to about 10kg.
L 70cm: spaniels, cockapoos, beagles and similar, up to about 18kg.
Measure your pet curled up, nose to tail, and add 10cm. If in doubt, size up.

Free and tracked everywhere in the UK. Order today and it usually arrives 7 to 14 days later: 1 to 3 working days to dispatch, then the journey to you from our supplier's warehouse in China. Tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Returns
30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging, for any reason. Faulty or damaged: full refund or free replacement and you do not pay return postage. Email hello@denkind.com with your order number to start.

Can I send it back?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by you. For faulty, damaged or not-as-described items, we cover return postage. Read the full return policy.
